We are Royal-Server.ro, a Romanian hosting provider operating since 2017.
Unlike many hosting providers, we operate from our own datacenter in Romania
, giving us direct control over our infrastructure, network and hardware.Over the past period, we've invested significantly in expanding and upgrading our infrastructure. Our VPS platforms run on our own, newly purchased server hardware, including systems powered by Intel Core i9 and Intel Xeon processors, combined with fast NVMe storage and up to 10Gbps connectivity.
We've also invested heavily in energy resilience. Our datacenter is supported by on-site solar generation and high-capacity battery storage, providing approximately 70 hours of battery autonomy without additional solar production.
During periods of excess solar generation, energy is exported to the electrical grid and compensated against future consumption, providing our infrastructure with an additional layer of energy resilience.

We believe customers should have the freedom to use the resources they pay for, provided their activity is legal and complies with our Terms of Service and applicable laws.
Content Policy
A wide range of legal content and applications can be hosted on our VPS and Dedicated Servers, including:
- Legal adult websites and adult content
- Torrent clients, trackers and other BitTorrent-related services
- File hosting and storage
- VPN services
- Game servers
- Web hosting
- Other lawful online services
We do not restrict a service simply because it uses BitTorrent technology.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that content they host, share or distribute is lawful and that they have the necessary rights or authorization to distribute it.
DMCA & Copyright Complaints
Royal-Server is not a "DMCA ignored" hosting provider.
Adult content, torrents and similar services are permitted provided they comply with applicable laws, copyright requirements and our Terms of Service.
Valid copyright infringement, DMCA and abuse reports are reviewed and handled accordingly.
We do not permit our infrastructure to be knowingly used for the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material.
DDoS Protection ≠ DDoS Allowed
Our DDoS protection exists to protect our customers and infrastructure from attacks — not to provide a platform for generating them.
We have zero tolerance for outbound DDoS / DoS attacks originating from our network.
Using a Royal-Server VPS or Dedicated Server to generate, coordinate, relay or participate in attacks against:
- Royal-Server infrastructure
- Other Royal-Server customers
- External servers or networks
- Third-party services on the Internet
is strictly prohibited.
Services involved in malicious network activity may be suspended or terminated, depending on the severity of the abuse.
DDoS protection is for defense — not offense.
