Over the past six months, we've been working hard behind the scenes to improve our infrastructure, network, and overall customer experience.
Here's a quick update on what's changed and what's coming next:

Over the past six months, we've been working hard behind the scenes to improve our infrastructure, network, and overall customer experience.
Here's a quick update on what's changed and what's coming next:
We've migrated to Atlanta, Georgia! All of our services have been moved to a new, improved data center that offers significantly better infrastructure and facilities compared to our previous location.
Upgraded Network: We've made substantial upgrades to our network infrastructure to improve connectivity, performance, and reliability.
New Features in Development: We're continuing to work on new features and improvements across our services. Our next promotional thread should include more offers, additional features, and further improvements to the customer experience.
Routed IPv6: We're preparing to introduce routed /48 IPv6 prefixes per VPS, with availability expected later this month.
Support Improvements: Support response times should now be back to normal. We know there have been delays in the past, and we've been working to improve this. We're also preparing to migrate to a new support panel, which we expect to introduce by our next thread.
New Monitoring System: We've just migrated our monitoring to HetrixTools today (October 10, 2026). Please note that our status page currently has very limited historical data as a result. More uptime and performance history will accumulate over time.
